Diversity and Inclusion

We are all unique, from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life, yet one thing bonds all of us to each other—the belief that we can make a difference. This core belief empowers us to do our best work.

Employee Resource Groups

Diversity exists any time different groups come together with common interests. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have been long established at Aerospace and enhance the company’s diversity and affirmative action efforts. Our ERGs bring cultural awareness, enhance career development opportunities, and promote diversity in the workplace.

Shaping the Future — United and Inclusive

At Aerospace, where our people are our most precious resource, we launched the Aerospace Executive Diversity Council—chaired by our CEO—in November 2017 to assist in creating the corporation’s diversity and inclusion goals and to foster a stronger, more diverse workplace.
