Effecting Change Where Our People Work and Live

Aerospace’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Executive Diversity Council establish a new, strategic framework to augment and reinforce our efforts in creating long-lasting impact for a diverse and inclusive workplace. The Aerospace Committee for Equality (ACE) was established to assess, recommend and execute the corporation’s DEI actions in these Focus Areas, and has identified 34 specific initiatives.
