When they’re not solving the hardest problems in space, Aerospace employees have a proud history of giving back to the communities they live and work in by inspiring the next generation of STEM talent.
Whether it’s visiting schools, manning the Aerospace booth at community events or participating in a student tour on campus, Aerospace employees have lots of opportunities to share their passion with others.
As part of this year’s Engineers Week activities, Aerospace employees participated in Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day to help students in the community learn more about STEM.
Aerospace employees promoted their love of mentorship by highlighting their work with TryEngineering Together on social media. The program, now in its second year at Aerospace, connects employees with a class of elementary school students through an innovative eMentoring platform.
No one can predict where the future of space innovation will lead us, but Aerospace can help inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers who will guide the way.
