Employee Resource Groups have long been established at The Aerospace Corporation as part of its commitment to diversity and representation, providing an opportunity for different groups to share experience and cultural awareness, develop professionally, recognize accomplishments, and contribute to the advancement of the company.
Aerospace Asian Pacific American Association (AAPAA)

Aerospace Asian Pacific American Association

The Aerospace Asian Pacific American Association (AAPAA) serves to promote the full potential of Asians/Pacific Islanders, and to cultivate deeper appreciation for Asian/Pacific Islanders and other American cultural heritages. AAPAA coordinates activities that enhance employee value to Aerospace and promotes affirmative action, while also providing a forum for expression of member perspectives, and community outreach efforts.

ALA serves as a resource for amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and collaborating with community partners to provide a safe space and life-saving support to members of the community, including food, shelter, and healthcare access.
