Our Employee Resource Groups exist to enhance the company’s cultural awareness, provide career development opportunities, and promote diversity in the workplace.

Aerospace Women's Committee

The Aerospace Women's Committee (AWC) serves as a resource for women to share experience and expertise, develop professionally, celebrate achievements, and contribute to the advancement of the company. Through corporate committee participation and AWC-sponsored events, the committee furthers awareness of issues affecting women and provides advice and assistance to management in the continuing development of a fair, equitable, and productive work environment.

Aerospace Latino Members Association

The Aerospace Latino Members Association's (ALMA) purpose is to act as a resource to employees and management on matters related to diversity and inclusion. ALMA’s vision is to help create an inclusive workplace that respects individual differences and leverages diversity; that embraces the different skills, viewpoints and experiences of our employees, that promotes creativity and innovation, and that provides all employees with opportunities to be successful.

Aerospace Totally Adaptable Group

The Aerospace Totally Adaptable Group (ATAG) is composed of employees who have a general interest in supporting issues concerning persons with a disability as well as employees with a disability, and those who have friends and family members with disabilities. ATAG’s vision is for Aerospace to be a best-in-class employer of choice promoting and supporting full productivity for all employees with disabilities.

Aerospace American-Indian and Alaskan-Native Council

The Aerospace American-Indian and Alaskan-Native Council serves to foster an understanding of the American-Indian and Alaskan-Native people, their histories, and cultures. They participate in community outreach and cultural activities, encourage retention and recruitment efforts at Aerospace, and foster relationships with learning institutions.

Aerospace Military Veterans

Aerospace Military Veterans represents and supports veterans within the company and promotes awareness of veterans to America’s defense. They support, honor and celebrate comrades in arms, and they create the opportunity for veterans to meet to share their ideas, concerns, and aspirations.
