Hannah E. Weiher

Project Leader Systems Formulation and Implementation

 

Hannah E. Weiher is a project leader in the Systems Formulation and Implementation department within The Aerospace Corporation’s Civil Systems Group. She works directly with customers in NASA centers to provide technical and engineering support, including oversight on these tasks. Currently, Weiher’s primary customer is the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, specifically supporting guidance, navigation, and control verification and validation activities for the Europa Clipper mission.

Prior to her current role, Weiher was a manager in the Innovation Laboratory (iLab) at Aerospace, leading the modularity research and development portfolio and Slingshot program. This led to the launch of the Slingshot 1 satellite, which features 19 different technological demonstrations onboard.

Weiher joined Aerospace in 2017, working in the Control Analysis Department on spacecraft attitude determination and control.

Education

Weiher earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Minnesota.
