Career Re-entry Program

Designed for people who have been out of the workforce for two years or more looking to resume their career, this three-month program provides training, mentorship and networking opportunities to assist skilled professionals in returning to a fulfilling career.

Are You Looking to Return to the Workforce After a 2+ Year Break?

Aerospace would like to meet you! The Aerospace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team, in partnership with the Society of Women Engineers and iRelaunch, has developed the Aerospace Career Re-entry Program.

This 3-month program is designed for people who have been away from work for two years or more and are looking to reenter the workforce full-time. We have a 100% conversion rate of reentry participants to full-time Aerospace employees!

To be considered for the Career Re-entry program, applicants must meet these minimum qualifications:

  • Current career break of two or more years (must be evident on resume)
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of four years of experience relevant to a science, math, engineering or technology field
  • Ability to commit to a three-month, full-time position beginning Sept/Oct. 2024
  • Desire to be a full-time Aerospace employee at the end of the program
  • Preferably have held a security clearance, but not required. The Aerospace Corp. does require all employees have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, issued by the US government. US citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
